Fonts Craze!

If you are a frequent visitor to my page, you might notice that I was able to add some fun fonts to my blog. If you like the look, you can do this yourself as well! Just go on over to kevinandamanda.com and follow the directions Amanda shares. It will take a few minutes. But I think it is well worth it.

If you need help findings some fun fonts to select for your blog, go to their fonts page, and you can go hog-wild selecting a font that is perfect for you. But, if you can't find what you want, why not send your handwriting samples to them, and have them turn it in to a font for you?

Have fun!

Fonts Update

Wow. Talk about font overload..... But it's great! There are so many fonts that I love, I just can't have that many on my font list. Between the Fonts for Peas and the Scrapbook fonts from Kevin & Amanda, there are well over 300 total. So what I am trying to do now is go through each of the fonts, and see which ones I think I can use. For the ones that I don't plan on using, I am going to keep the zip file of all the fonts, so I can always come back and get them at a later date.

I've sorted the Scrapbook Fonts, and I went from 103 fonts down to 42. I think I am going to have to go through the list yet again, and try to narrow it down even more.

I'm now working on the Fonts for Peas, which are the hand-written fonts that people submit. There are some great ones!
Also, if you would like to get your handwriting made in to a free font, go here. I think this woudl be fun! My only struggle would be to find a scanner to complete the directions.

Happy writing!!

Holy Fonts Galore!

For those of you that may not know, I believe that I am a font snop. I LOVE different fonts. More than you can know. I don't really know that last time that I have used Times New Roman for anything. It's too plain for me. Any things I make for work, I usually use some great fonts!

Thanks to Mique at 30 days, I have founds some AMAZING!!! fonts that I will now start using. It seems that she had her handwriting turned in to a font at Fonts for Peas...which are FREE!!! And then they have some scrapbooking fonts too. But more than that, just go check out their website. It is some great stuff!

Here it is: Kevin & Amanda

From there, you can get your FREE fonts from Fonts for Peas, FREE fonts from their Scrapbooks, and great recipes to try! (After looking at the first page of recips....there wasn't a thing on there that I wouldn't want to try!)

(FYI...If anyone out there in blog-land can tell me how to apply some of these fonts to my blog, pelase let me know. I have changed my fonts before, but when I am on a computer that doesn't have the fonts I use, it doesn't look the same. Any help or ideas would be appreciated!)

Thanks Kevin & Amanda for some great stuff!!
