Yogurt Cake


Yogurt Cake

White Cake Mix
3 egg whites
3/4c. water
½ c applesauce
1 – 6 oz yogurt (any flavor!...I used orange cream - and it was delicious!)

Topping
1 – 8 oz Fat free Cool Whip
1 – 6 oz yogurt (same flavor used in cake)
1 small sugar free jello (same flavor as yogurt)

Oven 350, slightly spray 9x13 pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.

While cake is baking mix yogurt and jello, let set!
When cake is cool, add cool whip to yogurt and jello mixture, frost, Refrigerate and ENJOY!!

Do you put water in the jello, or just mix the powder with the yogurt? Can the yogurt have chunks? We don't have whips over here, very depressing!!
