Mints. 200 mints. That is how many I have made so far. Tonight I will form the white ones. My hands are still a little red/pink from the food coloring, but that will wear off soon.
And believe it or not, I didn't eat very much of the dough either. (I had a small bite to make sure the mint flavor was enough.) At the end, there was a small amount left that I set aside for me to eat later. Just rolled it into a big ball and then rolled it in sugar.
Saturday, they all will make their debut on whatever tray I decide to put them on. I'll be sure to get a picture of them before they get eaten. :)

Way to go Coleigh that is a lot of mints! You are such a nice friend for doing that:)
You go girl. My aunt made the mints for my wedding and I completely forgot to ask her to bring them early. Then I didn't tell the kitchen helpers who was bringing the mints so while I was getting ready there was this slight panic of all my dear church ladies about the mints. Ah, one can still get married without mints!
