Howdy Kitchen: Orange Dream Yogurt Cake

Cake:

white cake mix

3 egg whites

3/4 cup water

1/2 cup applesauce

1 - 6 oz yogurt (any flavor....I used orange dream)

Topping:

1 - 8 oz Cool Whip [fat free if you want]

1 - 6 oz yogurt (same flavor used in cake)

1 small jello [sugar free if desired] (same flavor as yogurt)

Oven 350*, slightly spray 9x13 pan.

Bake 35-40 minutes [or until done]

While cake is baking, mix yogurt and jello together.....let set!

When cake is cool, add cool whip to yogurt and jello mixture.

Frost the cake.
